Cancellation & Refunds Policy — Athak

Subscriptions

Athak plans are monthly subscriptions billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. The Free plan requires no payment and no card.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Billing → Cancel subscription in your dashboard. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. Your account then moves to the Free plan; your data (contacts, appointments, tickets, knowledge) remains accessible under the Free plan's limits.

Refunds

• Charges for a billing period already started are non-refundable — cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep paid features until the end of the period already paid for.
• Duplicate payments, failed-but-charged payments, or billing mistakes are refunded in full. Contact us within 30 days with the payment reference and we will refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirmation.
• If the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period during a billing cycle, contact us — we will credit or refund on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
